Ready-to-cook lemon risotto mix: a practical and tasty way to cook when you have little time but don’t want to give up taste and quality ingredients.
Cooking tips: pour oil, or melt butter, into a pan, immediately adding the entire contents of the bag. Fry for a few moments, continuing to stir the rice and add 75 cl of water (or vegetable stock if you prefer) and cook over a low heat, pouring more water to obtain the desired creaminess. Before serving, we recommend adding a knob of butter.
