Description

Of the fettucce family, the Fettuccelle Bio Integrale originates from central and southern Italy.

The condiments indicated for the Fettuccelle are tomato-based sauces, with vegetables and aromatic herbs and quick spicy sauces, prepared with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chili pepper, anchovies and capers.

Also recommended are fish sauces with molluscs and seafood and “white” sauces prepared with cream, mascarpone, soft and melted cheeses and with the addition of spices such as saffron, horseradish, curry and ginger.

Available in 500 g packs.
