Description

Trivelli are a tasty smaller variation of the classic Tortiglioni.

They are a particularly versatile and at the same time original format, which traditionally favors full-bodied flavors.

Trivelli are excellent when seasoned with beef or pork ragù, or with light tomato-based sauces. They also pair well with vegetable sauces based on mushrooms, artichokes, peppers, aubergines. They are also excellently used for the preparation of baked pies.
