Description
Fiorucci Speck is characterized by a long maturation, moderate salting and balanced smoking.
At the base of a quality product there is in fact a good raw material. Pork legs selected to be carefully sprinkled with salt, aromas and spices that release a scent of laurel, rosemary and juniper into the air.
Speck goes very well with cheeses but not only. It can be paired very well with potatoes, pumpkin, asparagus, or inserted into recipes such as Buckwheat Fettuccine with Speck, Chestnuts and Poppy Seeds or Apple and Speck Risotto.
