Description

Amalfi Pasta Mix: a practical and tasty way to cook when you have little time but do not want to give up taste and quality ingredients.

Directions for preparation

Cook the pasta, preferably durum wheat, in plenty of salted water and drain al dente.

In the meantime, rehydrate the mixture in 1/2 glass of hot water for 10 minutes over a very low heat in a medium pan.

Once the water has evaporated, add 100 gr. of olive oil and fry everything for a few minutes. Immediately after, add 500 gr. of tomato and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.

Once the sauce is cooked, add the pasta still al dente and stir for a few moments before serving.

The contents of the bag are enough for 4/6 portions.
