Description
Chifferi Rigati owe their name to the German “Kipfel”, a typical Austrian sweet from which it follows the shape, widespread in the Grand Duchy of Tuscany at the time of Maria Luigia of Austria.
Thanks to the double opening and the distinctive rifling, they are able to mix even the most liquid and elusive sauces, capturing all the seasoning.
Chifferi Rigati are excellent simply with tomato, but they are also very good with beef or pork or vegetable sauces.
They also lend themselves well to all legume-based preparations.
