Description
The Tomato Sauce is prepared only with Italian tomato pulp and Italian cherry tomato puree. The sweet taste of the tomatoes is enhanced by the sauté in extra virgin olive oil, prepared at low temperatures*, over long periods and without flavourings. Only a Master like the great chef Heinz Beck could succeed in creating such a unique taste with simplicity. The cherry tomato sauce is obtained from small and juicy cherry tomatoes, ideal for cooking many recipes, including meat-based ones, or for seasoning pasta. Unlike simple tomato sauce or puree, the one made with cherry tomatoes is sweeter and requires less seasoning. *lower than 100°
