Ready-to-cook porcini mushroom risotto mix: a practical and tasty way to cook when you have little time but don’t want to give up on taste and quality ingredients.

Cooking tips: pour oil, or melt butter, into a pan, immediately adding the entire contents of the bag. Fry for a few moments, continuing to stir the rice and add 75 cl of water (or vegetable stock if you prefer) and cook over low heat, pouring more water to obtain the desired creaminess. Before serving, we recommend adding a knob of butter.
