The -30% line by Novi is dedicated to those who want to limit their sugar consumption, without giving up the little joys for the palate.
The use of inulin – a vegetable fiber extracted from chicory – keeps the taste of chocolate unaltered, promoting a lower impact on glycemia* (see ingredients sheet).
Ingredients: Ingredients: Whole milk powder, sugar, cocoa butter, chicory root fiber (inulin) (18%), cocoa paste, emulsifier: lecithins (soy). Cocoa: 30% minimum. May contain traces of milk, hazelnuts and almonds.
*As part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, the intake of foods containing chicory fiber (inulin) instead of sugars induces a lower increase in blood glucose after their intake, compared to foods containing sugar.
