Description

Small Linguine are a tasty variation of the classic Linguine.

Linguine are the long Ligurian pasta format par excellence: shaped like a small, flat and narrow tagliatelle, they were created to accompany the traditional pesto.

Thanks to their flattened section and slightly convex shape, they are perfect for capturing condiments and restoring all the variety of flavors.

They are excellent simply with butter and sage or combined with sauces based on fresh tomatoes, with vegetables and aromatic herbs or quick spicy sauces, prepared with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chilli pepper and anchovies.

They are also ideal for fish-based sauces with shellfish and seafood and with “white” sauces prepared with cream, mascarpone, soft and melted cheeses and with the addition of spices such as saffron, horseradish, curry and ginger.
