Characteristics:

Golden yellow color with a fruity scent of olives grown in a strictly organic supply chain. Harmonious and delicate, it retains a light, pleasantly spicy aftertaste.

• Cold extraction: It is reserved for extra virgin or virgin olive oils obtained at less than 27 °C with a process of percolation or centrifugation of the olive paste; it best preserves the nutritional and organoleptic characteristics during pressing
