The Siccagno ready-made tomato sauce brings all the taste and aromas of Sicily to the table. It comes from a tomato grown in a dry environment, without irrigation, typical of the hilly areas of Valledolmo, Sclafani Bagni, Alia Vallelunga, Villalba. To the fresh Siccagno puree we have added only extra virgin olive oil, onion and caper leaves with the chopped buds, which in harmony with the tomato give freshness to your dishes.
