Description
Among the countless versions of macaroni, it seems that Sedani were born in Naples in a smooth shape with the name of “elephant teeth” and then later acquired the ridges similar to celery ribs, according to some from Tuscany, effectively supplanting the original name.
Sedani Rigati go well with elaborate sauces such as meat and mushroom ragù, or sausage, but are also excellent in the preparation of baked pies or simple tomato and basil pies.
Available in 500 g and 3 kg packs.
