A thicker and more substantial variant of the classic Maccheroni alla chitarra of the Abruzzo tradition, the Spaghettoni Quadrati Bio Integrale are particularly suitable for dishes with strong and decisive flavours or even for recipes that require “jumping” in the pan. Ideal for typical recipes such as carbonara, amatriciana and alla gricia. Available in 500 g packs.
