Tomato Puree Luisa

Description

The products obtained from the long tomato are peeled tomatoes, pulp and tomato puree.

To make a good product, you need to start with a good raw material, the “long” tomato of the “Roma” variety, typical of Southern Italy crops, also used for juice.

The seeds of these tomatoes are not genetically modified and are sown by cooperatives of producers qualified by us, whose fields are located in a large part of the Puglia region where it is possible to obtain raw material in the desired quantity and quality.

The growers guarantee the application of the cultivation specification through “integrated pest control” or with the minimum use of pesticides with which priority is given to cultivation techniques that have limited effects on the environment and human health.
