A long shape similar to Spaghetti, characterized by a thicker diameter and very ancient origins. Thanks to their versatility, Vermicelli lend themselves to the most varied combinations and also go well with quick and traditional condiments of Italian cuisine such as a classic tomato and basil sauce or a timeless garlic, oil and chili pepper. Pasta maker’s tip: in the cold season try breaking them up and putting them in steaming legume soups.
Our pasta is IGP certified Pasta di Gragnano, bronze drawn, slowly dried at low temperatures, produced with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and local spring water.
