Buzzonaglia is a tuna conserve with a characteristic dark brown colour, completely

cut with a knife.

Its flavour is more intense than other cuts.

It can be used either cold, combined with dried tomatoes and mint, for aperitifs and fresh

fresh, or cooked to season a pasta dish.

We recommend it with courgettes, onion and mint.

After opening store in the fridge well covered with oil.
