Our Anchovy Colatura of Menaica is the result of the surfacing of the liquid extracted from the
salting of the Slow Food Presidium Menaica Anchovies.
It is characterised by a light colour and has a delicate but strong flavour.
It will give your dishes, whether they are vegetables, pasta or even simple croutons, a unique flavour
of the sea.
We have covered the cap with white shellac to give security and elegance, the label
itself is in the shape of Alice and is embellished with a central gold detail.
