Description
Robiola is an Italian soft cheese, usually with a short maturation, produced in various areas of northern Italy including Langhe, Bresciano and Valsassina: it can be made from cow’s, goat’s, pecorino and mixed milk. In addition to Italy, it is also quite widespread in the Canton of Ticino, in Switzerland.
