Processing: The grapes, harvested by hand, are carefully selected in the vineyard and immediately pressed.

Fermentation is in wood at controlled temperature.

Maturation: In steel for 12 months

Ageing: 2 months in bottle

Colour: Ruby red

Bouquet: Elegant with hints of ripe red fruits

Taste: Dry and harmonious

Serving temperature: 16 – 18° C

Combinations: White and red meats and cheeses of all kinds.
