Fermentation is in wood and at controlled temperature.

Maturation: 12 months in oak tonneaux

Ageing: 3 months in bottle

Colour: Ruby red

Bouquet: Elegant, spicy with hints of vanilla

Taste: Dry and harmonious

Serving temperature: 16 – 18° C

Combinations: White and red meats, cheeses of all kinds, fatty fish
