Origin: Vineyard in Torchiara and Rutino

Exposure: North-East

Processing: The grapes, harvested by hand, are carefully selected in

vineyard and immediately sent for crushing.

Fermentation is in steel at controlled temperature.

Maturation: In steel for 4 months

Ageing: 2 months in bottle

Colour: Straw yellow with golden reflections

Bouquet: Delicate, floral, with hints of citrus fruits

Taste: Soft persistent, well structured, matures well over time

Serving temperature: 10 – 12° C

Pairings: Fish, white meats and creamy cheeses
