Exposure: South, South-West

Processing: The grapes, harvested by hand, are carefully selected in the vineyard and immediately pressed. Fermentation is in wood at controlled temperature.

Maturation: 24 months in French oak tonneaux

Ageing: 12 months in bottle

Colour: Ruby red with garnet reflections

Nose: Very structured with tertiary aromas from ageing

Taste: Dry and harmonious

Serving temperature: 16 – 18° C

Combinations: White and red meats and cheeses of all kinds, 75% dark chocolate
